Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about LisaQuant Desk, memberships, alerts, and the archive.
What is LisaQuant Desk?
LisaQuant Desk is an educational swing and investment trading platform. Every night our algorithms scan daily bars across S&P 500 large caps and liquid ETFs. When a setup clears the LisaQuant Guardrails, Lisa records a trade announcement that pins to the trade-room card until the position exits. The full archive of announcements and outcomes is permanently available to paid members.
What does a subscription include?
A paid subscription unlocks every live trade alert, Lisa's recorded announcements, the persistent trade room with running P&L, the permanent outcome archive, the strategy backtest reports, and the Strategies Education Room.
What is the difference between a Swing trade and an Investment trade?
A swing trade is any position held overnight up to three months. An investment trade is any position held for three months or longer. Each trade is tagged with its expected hold window before it reaches the desk.
Are these live, real-money trades?
Yes — the desk is live. Alerts are published as trades trigger, tracked from entry to exit, and archived with their realized result. The alerts are educational and intended to help members learn how to trade for themselves; they are not personalised financial advice.
How are strategies validated before going live?
No strategy reaches the LisaQuant Trading Desk until it clears all backtested AI reverse-engineered algorithms. Each must show positive expectancy in R, a 95% confidence interval excluding zero, and a large sample of closed trades before it is promoted to live alerts.
What markets and instruments are covered?
The universe is S&P 500 large caps plus liquid ETFs including SPY, QQQ, IWM, and major sector ETFs used for trend-following and hedges.
Can I listen to Lisa's past announcements?
Yes. Every recorded announcement and its final outcome is stored in the permanent Archive Trades section for paid subscribers.
Is this financial advice?
No. LisaQuant Desk is strictly educational. Members should not blindly copy any alert without consulting a Registered Investment Advisor or other qualified professional.
